Recently retired from the corporate world as an Executive Vice President, he is available for strategic conversations around law enforcement, as well as mining and allied security challenges.

Dr Craig Donald is a human factors specialist in security and CCTV. As a director of Leaderware and ADAP, he consults on CCTV management, design, and technology implementation. He has a strong focus on crime behaviour analysis and detection, and runs CCTV Surveillance Skills and Body Language, and Advanced CCTV Surveillance Body Language courses for control room operators, supervisors and managers internationally. Leaderware also provides assessment tools for the selection of CCTV operators and X-ray screeners in major operations around the world.

This prestigious accolade celebrates the outstanding work of women in the Unmanned Aircraft Systems industries, and Kim's inclusion is a source of pride and excitement. As Director of Operations in Aerial Works, Kim will be presenting on the operational complexity of drone security and the considerations when evaluating it.

Armand's strategic vision and practical experience make him an invaluable contributor to discussions on navigating complex cybersecurity challenges in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Recognised for his humanitarian contributions, particularly in Vietnam, Jimmy has been honoured with the Vietnam Friendship Medal for his significant role in safeguarding lives against explosive threats.
Over the past few years, Jimmy has focused on the development, implementation, and management of private bomb first responder and explosive disposal services for the corporate industry. His expertise encompasses the provision of CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive) services, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), Bomb Awareness Training, as well as the development and implementation of Bomb Mitigation Policy Protocols.
