and law enforcement. He served as a police officer for 17 years
before spending the last 20 years leading risk and security
strategies in the diamond, platinum group metals, and gold mining
industries. Recently retired from the corporate world as an
Executive Vice President, he is available for strategic
conversations around law enforcement, as well as mining and allied
security challenges.
Dr Craig Donald
Director, Leaderware
Dr Craig Donald is a human factors specialist in security and CCTV.
As a director of Leaderware and ADAP, he consults on CCTV
management, design, and technology implementation. He has a strong
focus on crime behaviour analysis and detection, and runs CCTV
Surveillance Skills and Body Language, and Advanced CCTV
Surveillance Body Language courses for control room operators,
supervisors and managers internationally. Leaderware also provides
assessment tools for the selection of CCTV operators and X-ray
screeners in major operations around the world.

Kim James, also known as the 'drone chick', is a passionate advocate
for the drone industry and a commercial drone operator specialising
in drone security. Kim's exceptional contributions to the drone
industry were recognised when she was honoured as a Women and Drones
2023 Woman to Watch in Emerging Aviation Technologies. This
prestigious accolade celebrates the outstanding work of women in the
Unmanned Aircraft Systems industries, and Kim's inclusion is a
source of pride and excitement. As Director of Operations in Aerial

Armand Kruger
Head of Cybersecurity, NEC XON
Armand Kruger, Head of Cybersecurity at NEC XON (and previously Head
of Cyber Operations), has an extensive background in tactical
incident response and threat hunting. He has amassed in-depth
experience handling major cybersecurity incidents and cyber-threat
simulations. Armand's strategic vision and practical experience make
him an invaluable contributor to discussions on navigating complex
cybersecurity challenges in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
